Who are London Poppy Framing?
London Poppy Framing are part of The Picture Gallery & Framing Centre in Bedford  This is our online trading name for our ceramic poppy frames which we manufacture from our factory in Bedford.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 30 years and are a family run business.

Are your frames made of wood?
Yes all of our display frames are made of wood. There is an outside wooden frame and an inside wooden slip frame to allow the glazing to stay in place, it also allows the items in the frame to sit at the back of the frame.

Do you offer any other frame colour choices?
We can only offer 4 colour frame choices as our suppliers do not make the frame moulding in any other colours apart from those offered on our site.

Can I have different mount colours to what is on offer on your site?
Yes, you certainly can. Once you have placed your order please ring us within 24 hours to discuss your requirements.

What is art glass?
Art glass is practically invisible and is used by museums around the world. Art glass has a 65% UV block to reduce fading and you will be amazed at the clarity of the glass. It's that clear that it makes you want to put your hand in the frame and touch the poppy! 

Do you offer any other layouts/designs for my poppy?
We certainly can. If you send a rough drawing of the layout you have in mind via email with your requirements we will get back to you with a quote.

Is it easy to fit my poppy?
We supply very easy to follow instructions, and it will take just a few minutes to install your poppy and have it hanging on your wall.

Do you supply fixings for hanging purposes?
We supply the fixings for the back of the frame and cord for hanging. We do not supply hooks for the wall but you can buy the appropriate type of hooks for your type of wall from any DIY store.

What are your turnaround times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of receipt of order.

I live in, or near Bedford, can I collect?
Yes you can certainly collect your poppy frame from us but you would need to order it first via this website. Just choose the collection option at the check out. You will find us at The Picture Gallery, Unit 17, Kingfisher Business Park, London Road, Bedford. MK42 0NY. We are open Monday to Friday 8-30am - 5-30pm and 9am - 2-30pm on Saturdays.

Please note that we DO NOT hold stock of our poppy frames so you must place an order online and then choose the collection option. We will notifiy you when it is ready to collect.
